  • 60 mlsoy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • 15 mlhoney
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1.5scallions
  • 1/8red onion
  • 1/2 clovegarlic
  • 80 mlolive oil

  • 1 teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • 30 mlhoney
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 3scallions
  • 1/4red onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 120 mlolive oil
  • 4,5 sprigsthyme
  • 90 mlworcestershire sauce
  • 180 mlsoy sauce
  • 1,5 teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • 45 mlhoney
  • 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 3/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 4.5scallions
  • 3/8red onion
  • 1,5 clovegarlic

  • Step 1

    Add the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper to the Food Processor.

  • Step 2

    Pick the thyme leaves of the stems before adding it to the rest of the ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Slice the scallions and them to the Food Processor.

  • Step 4

    Cut the onion and garlic into large chunks and add them to the Food Processor as well.

  • Step 5

    Press the Pulse button and mix until there are only small chucks left.

  • Step 6

    Place a steak in a tray. Pour the marinade over the steak, cover the tray with cling film and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  • Step 7

    Discard the marinade and pad the steak dry before grilling it.
