Step by step

  1. Place the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, oil and eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer.

  2. Attach the Flat Beater and mix on speed 2 for 35-40 seconds until the batter is smooth.

  3. Attach the Food Processor attachment with the Shredding Disc to the stand mixer. Place the bowl with batter under it. Cut a zucchini in 4 and push it through the feeding tube on speed 6.

  4. Crumble the feta into the bowl. Chop and add the herbs and mix on speed 1 in a stand mixer fitted with a Flat Beater for 15 seconds.

  5. Pour the batter into a bread baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes in a 180ºC preheated oven.
