Step 1
Boil the green beans for 8 minutes in boiling water.

Fit the Foodprocessor with the Multipurpose Stainless Steel Blade.
Step 3
Cut the fish, green beans and scallions in large chunks. Put them in the Foodprocessor and pulse until the mixture looks flaky. Don't over blend.
Step 4
Remove the Multipurpose Stainless Steel Blade and stir in the egg, red curry paste and soy sauce with a spoon. Chop the bread into small cube and add to the mixture. Mix.
Step 5
Let cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Fill an undeep plate with flour. With your hands, form patties and cover them with flour.
Step 7
Bake the fishburgers on both sides in olive oil until the outside looks golden and crispy.
Tip
Serve on a bun with a slaw or vegetables of your own preference.
