Tie the beef with a string. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut carrots, celery and onions in to strips.
Place the meat in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of oil, set onto the induction hob and set power to level 8 to roast well the outside of the meat.
Add the vegetables and carry on cooking.
With a spoon remove the exceeding fat from the pot.
Add the beer, bay leaves and the clove , the grounded cocoa seeds, salt and pepper.
Cover with the lid, reduce power to level 3 and stew for 1 hour.
When ready, slice it and serve with its own gravy.
