1/4
white onion, roughly chopped
1 tbsp
fresh parsley
1/4
crushed black pepper
1/4
garlic powder
1/2 tbsp
salt
1/4 tsp
chilli powder
4 slice
cheese of your choice
160 g
coleslaw
8 tbsp
barbecue sauce
Step by step
Before grinding the beef, put the meat in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Assemble the Metal Food Grinder fitted with the Fine Grinding Plate and attach it to the stand mixer.
Take the beef chuck out of the freezer.
Combine the beef chuck, white onion, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, salt and chilli powder in a large bowl.
Put the stand mixer on speed 4 and feed the beef chuck through the Metal Food Grinder.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Place a skillet over high heat and wait until it gets very hot. Put the burgers on the skillet and wait for 2 minutes until a crust has formed around the edges of the burger.
Flip the burger and place a slice of cheese on top. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Assemble the burger, finish with coleslaw and barbecue sauce or add your favourite toppings to personalise your burger.
