Bento box: quick hummus with chicken, pita breads and veggies
The japanese-style lunchbox is a joy to open at lunchtime.

extra virgin olive oil
Step by step
Place all ingredients for the hummus in the Food Processor fitted with the Multipurpose Blade. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry on each side for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Let cool completely and cut into strips.
Insert the Reversible Shredding/Slicing Disc (slicing side) into the Food Processor and slice the cucumber on speed 2.
Put together the bento boxes by filling them with hummus, pita bread wedges, chicken strips, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.
