almonds
300 ml
mineral water
Step by step
Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours.
Drain and rinse the almonds.
Put the almonds and water in a blender. Blend at speed 6 for 2 minutes.
Put a sieve over a bowl. Lay cheese cloth over the sieve. Pour the almond milk and strain until all of the liquid is extracted.
Transfer milk to a jar or bottle and refrigerate.
