almonds

300 ml

mineral water

Step by step

  1. Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours.

  2. Drain and rinse the almonds.

  3. Put the almonds and water in a blender. Blend at speed 6 for 2 minutes.

  4. Put a sieve over a bowl. Lay cheese cloth over the sieve. Pour the almond milk and strain until all of the liquid is extracted.

  5. Transfer milk to a jar or bottle and refrigerate.
