We all know that it's a good idea to eat a colourful diet. But, it's not always easy to pack in all that glorious fruit and veg. Having an efficient food blender makes it easier to eat a wider variety and you get to admire all the beautiful colours you create.
Vegetables are full of micronutrients. They're often low in calories and high in valuable fibre that the body needs. Fruits are a powerhouse of energy and bursting with vitamins and minerals. Blues, reds, greens, yellows all bring their own benefits, so try making vibrant blends that your body will love.
Blend your way around the clock with an excellent food blender! Some ideas:

Make your own vegan seasoning in a food blender to spice up your meals.
Try 3/4 cup of cashews, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp mustard seeds, salt and pepper to taste. We like to add a bit of cumin too.
Grind at a low speed into the consistency of parmesan cheese.
Soup? Yes! Smoothies? Of course. But you can go much further too. Lots of foods will surprise you by being better in a blender, from peanut butter and pizza sauce to whipped cream, scrambled eggs and refried beans. Even lemonade. So have fun with it.
