230 g roasted, skinned peanuts
20 g light brown sugar
Pinch flaked sea salt
A RECIPE BY EDD KIMBER. Place the ingredients into the Cookprocessor bowl fitted with the ‘Multiblade’ knife. Close the lid. Select PUREE P4 and reduce the temperate to 40C, press Start to confirm. Slowly increasing speed to 10.
Press cancel to exit 'Keep Warm' mode. Scrape the peanut butter into a sterilised jar and serve when needed.
Once the Peanut Butter has been made you can add some maple syrup to add a different flavour.

The recipe can be made with many different types of nuts like almonds or cashews, simply switching out the peanuts for the nut of your choice.

So after winning the original series of the hot BBC show ‘The Great British Bake Off’ in 2010, he has jumped at the chance of following his passion for Baking. Since the show he has appeared on numerous TV shows and his recipes regularly appear in some of the UK’s top food magazines. In 2013 Edd ran a pop-up bakery at Fortnum and Mason making his favourite recipes from his books. He has written two books ‘The Boy Who Bakes’ released in 2011 and ‘Say It With Cake’ in 2012.
