| Our appliances and utensils are manufactured with care for your complete satisfaction. However in case of a defect, we advise you to first contact your dealer who should offer you an after sales service and honour any outstanding waranty. |

You will in any case benefit from the dispositions as under articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code relative to the legal warranty, under the condition of proof of the hidden defect. If you go to court, you must do so within a delay of two years of discovering the hidden defect (art. 1648 of the Civil Code).

The dealer is obliged by the warranty regarding hidden defects of the sold object, that make it improper for the use for which it is meant, or that diminish such use in such a way that the purchaser wouldn't have bought it, or would have paid less for it, had he known of their existence.
